Pistachio Dip For Fruit Kabobs




Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese, 8 ounces each
1 jar marshmallow creme, 7 ounces
4 teaspoons lime juice
2 tablespoons pistachio nuts, finely chopped
Fruit such as seedless grapes (red or green), melon, pineapple
 



Method


1. Combine the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, lime juice and pistachio nuts; chill. For kabobs, use 3 pieces of fruit on 4 inch skewers. 

2. Two seedless grapes with a 3/4 inch cube of melon, pineapple, etc. in the middle is good.
Use a grape on the pointed end of the skewer; other fruits tend to fall into the dip.
